But, there is one problem with this – we can’t just go out and buy a gym membership or purchase a home exercise equipment. We have to work out at home if we want to get fit and stay fit. There are many different exercises you can do at home that will help you build muscle and lose fat.

1) Pushups – This is a very basic exercise and it can be done anywhere. It helps you develop your chest muscles. You should be able to perform 20 pushups in a row without any problem. If you can’t do 20, you aren’t doing it right!

2) Sit Ups – This is another basic exercise that can be done anywhere. You should be able to do 15 sit ups in a row without any problem (but make sure you are using the right technique).

3) Crunches – This is a great exercise for your abs. You should be able to complete 10 crunches in a row without any problem, but make sure you are using the correct form.

4) Squats – These are also great for your legs. You should be able to squat down as low as you can without bending your knees. You should be able to hold this position for as long as possible.

5) Lunges – These are great for your lower body. You should be able to take a step forward and then bend your knees until your thighs are parallel to the floor. You should be able to maintain this position for as long as you can.

6) Lateral Bends – This is a great exercise to strengthen your back. You should be able to lay on your side and touch your toes. Make sure you are using the correct technique.

7) Pull Ups – This is an exercise that will help you build your upper body. You should be able able to do 10 pull ups in a row without any problems.

8) Tricep Dips – This is another great exercise to strengthen your triceps. You should be able to dip your triceps as far as you can without having to bend your elbows.

9) Jumping Jacks – This is a great exercise that will help you build up your leg muscles. You should be able able jump as high as you can.

10) Swimming – This is a great exercise if you don’t have access to a pool. You should be able to swim 50 meters without stopping.
